The example menus are only starting points — they show what guests have ordered. Any cuisine, course or wish is possible, and every menu is fully tailored to your occasion.

A sample menu is a starting point. The final menu is agreed together: number of courses, ingredients, allergies and the season. A typical dinner has four or five courses, from a welcome from the kitchen to dessert, finished with espresso or cappuccino. Courses can also be mixed from different cuisines.
The season guides the ingredients. Mushrooms and Finnish berries are at their best from late summer into autumn, and fish availability follows the fishing season. If an ingredient you want is out of season, I suggest a better alternative.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a private chef at home cost?
- Menus are typically about €130–170 per guest, VAT included. The price depends on the menu, ingredients, group size and location. The more guests, the lower the price per guest; dinners for just a few guests cost more. Wines and other drinks are not included.
Can I swap courses on the menu?
- Yes. The sample menus are a base, and any course can be swapped or combined with another cuisine's menu. The price is confirmed once the menu is chosen.
Can you cater for allergies and special diets?
- Yes. Gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan menus are planned the same way as any other. Tell me about allergies by the time the menu is confirmed at the latest.
